| Jeff Koons apparently knows something about big hearts. |
Over the holidays I spent a couple weeks in Europe, visiting my homie, Francko who lives in a great little villa near Versailles, just north of Paris. Which really translates to amazing days in the country and all nighter after all nighter in Paris. With a couple short pit stops in Brussels and Amsterdam, but we will get into all that later. For now lets take a mellow tour of Chateau de Versailles and the Jeff Koons show that sadly closed on the 4th.

We showed up on the first day, in the year of 2009.

The actual Chateau was closed, so we spent a little time in the Gardens.

Which are really spectacular.

But since a big part of our mission was the Koons show we decided to use the rest of this day in Paris.

The following day was much clearer and once again we found ourselves at the gates at; Chateau de Versailles.

Solid gold!

All this is original, they just took the fixtures down, cleaned em up and gave them all a fresh dip.

The Jeff Koons show is inside but we will comeback to that.

For now I wanna pay homage to the artists who did this shit, killed it.

The Gardens were much less foggy today, think I liked them with the fog.

It was a clear but super brisk winter day.

The architecture is rock solid.

Would not be a bad place to reside.

The Knights are keeping watch.

The Angles Talk in the garden.

While the Devils look on.

Let's go and roam the castle a bit.

See if we can't find some Jeff Koons.

Look down there, some Koons.

Let the modern art games begin.

Bear and Policeman, Koons.

Jim Bean Turner Train, Koons.

Hmmm, if he was doing some of the other shit he does I don't know if this Hoover shit would fly.

But this stuff gives him a pass on the cleaners and it looks like we were not the only people here to see some Koons.

Love the chrome.

A very Castle appropriate Koons.

I really liked the last piece for obvious reasons. Jeff Koons apparently knows something about big hearts.

As much as I loved the Koons show...

And lurkin' around the Castle, we had to get going onward...

Onward, Brussels is calling!
